Forgive this self-indulgence... it was a troubled day and I was short on inspiration, but saw a pretty bit of sunset and felt the need to play with the Kaleidoscope effect in Picnik before it goes. (It doesn't seem to be replicated in Picmonkey yet but I have hope). This year in particular I see Easter as the end of the winter and the beginning of the rest of the year, and this seemed to reflect that.
I'm so chuffed at your views and comments on my smartie-heart picture, thank you! It was so simple I didn't think I deserved the praise but am so glad you like it - just like the kids enjoyed eating it!! Funnily enough both halves seemed to disappear at the same rate.....!
@cromwell Thank you! If you look at the bottom of the 'effects' there is a section of 'sandbox effects' - open that and there are all sorts of toys to play with (!) On this one you can shufty the picture around and it changes completely...
You've used it really well. I think sometimes the shot used is too busy and makes the finished image just too much but you've got the balance right here. Very pretty. Happy Easter xx
