We often see amazing skies on the drive over to Norwich, and yesterday was no exception. For a while I worried that it would cloud over but no, it stayed blue. I rather liked this and the reminder that the sun is always there, behind the clouds. Today the sky is thick wet grey... and I have to take a shot of a flower for same-september!!
Thank you so much for your kind comments on my little eye shot yesterday. It was hard keeping my eye open long enough for the scanner to do a 360, just as well the lovely lady was firmly holding it open with a finger and thumb!! aaargh!
It's sunny like that in my corner of the world today too. But I don't know if it'll be sticking around. So like you, I enjoy the sun when I can! Lovely shot!
@seanoneill Hi Sean! I have never even considered clouds being so deep - when you fly through them, they seem to last seconds. Your comment has really hit me hard and now I don't feel such a wooss wearing thermals in winter! I've passed the info on to others who were equally shocked... how funny that we never considered it before. Keep warm :)

I love a "hopeful" shot like this.
