Tales from the (far away) riverbank

"One day Phil and Cathy spotted some little lnsects whizzing about by the river. Of course, none of the little damselflies (as they turned out to be) wanted to come anywhere near the intrepid 365er or her long-suffering daughter but Phil had her trusty P&S to hand, with the long zoom on it - and was somehow able to get this hand-held shot from over six-foot away without falling in. They were both amazed and the Banded Demoiselle (Male) was very lovely." The End.
(This is almost sooc, just upped the light & colour a little)

Hi Phil...beautifully captured damselfly. Thank you for all the kind comments on my photos. I too enjoyed going through all of yours. I would like to push you to take a chiaroscuro portrait of someone in your family. Push the shadows to reveal the inner person...and have fun.
