Not sure what the flower is, or which huge shrub it is from (well it's the one in my front garden adjacent to my neighbour... I mean I don't know what it's called..) I do know that bees love it and I hope it will look summery on my quilt.
Went out delivering leaflets and saw some wonderful flowers in folks' gardens. Also stood, stunned, as a hare / leveret raced by. The cats (who followed me) were stunned too. So was the bloke who exited his back door and heard me blowing squeaky kisses to the cats so said an awkward "eh hello" in reply (aargh embarrassment!!)
