Sort of a diary shot... Cathy's huge and beautiful spider plant was putting out 'runners' with tiny baby plants on them. She said they were scruffy and wanted to cut them off (after all she has too many plants in her student digs already!) I took pity on them and this is the result... fingers crossed they put out roots and I can plant them on - especially as she gave another runner to my friend saying we could compete as to who did best. Uh oh.
Hopefully progress to show next month... fingers crossed.

My earliest plant memory is of the Spider plant & its babies. We have such a variety of house plants these days but that is the old faithful! Hope they take.
