I found this bit of street art in Brixton, London, next to a pub on a back street. It reminded me of a story in the news this week about a school boy who helped a man who had dropped some paints pick them up. The man asked the boy if he knew who Robin Banks was. The boy said no, and the man gave him a paper with a sketch on and told him to have a good life. The boy looked, and found he was now in possession of a signed Banksy, which could be worth £20,000 if proved to be genuine.
One good turn deserves another. Happy Sunday! - Lucy
What a great find Lucy... not sure about the story though, sounds like it might be one of those apocryphal ones... the romantic in me would like it to be true though. Banksy is almost mainstream these days - money is a great democratiser it seems!
