Thank you all for your comments and favs on this shot, they are very much appreciated. Thank you also to Babs ( @onewing ) for identifying the picture as 'Starry Night over the Rhone' by Vincent van Gogh, though it does appear to be a mirror image transposed right to left.
It seems that all the designs on the umbrellas are van Gogh artworks, and the display is linked to an immersive experience in St Marys Church, located near where the umbrellas are displayed, where visitors can become part of an interective audio visual event based on the artwork of van Goch.
