Two Cherries by fishers

Two Cherries

A month ago we featured three days of shots from a snake of painted stones placed along the side of the path on the east side of Rawcliffe Lake, York.

Well, yesterday and today I paid a return visit and the stone snake has been extended round onto the north side of the lake, with another interesting variety of designs, so I thought I would share this with you today.

I like this artwork, although I wonder if this piece of chalk was the easiest choice of material to paint on, since it is quite absorbant.

How cool that the ‘snake’ has been extended. They look like happy cherries to me.

Lovely shot. And the painter must be an emerging artist. I hope the snake continues to grow.

The snake is continuing to grow, though at a slower pace than before.
