Had to babysit the 3 Wood grandchildren overnight in Geelong and spent a lot of the time playing monopoly. Harry, aged 7 has really grasped the game and knows how to play to win :)
@golftragic@gilbertwood I'm looking at the ball depicted on the playing board and it doesn't look like a soccer ball to me and it doesn't look like the ball we use for our "football" here in the U.S. so I went with the only other sport I know of that uses a ball that looks like that. So sorry if I offended you!
@olivetreeann Definitely not offended at all Ann, it was all tongue-in-cheek. Neither @gilbertwood nor I would expect you to be familiar with our local tribal ideosyncracies. There's a huge longstanding rivalry in Oz between Rugby which is played in NSW and Queensland (top RH two of our 7 states) and the rest of the country which is Aussie Rules through and through. Soccer runs a very poor third. Your guess of a rugby ball was entirely appropriate from Pennsylvania. We're both Victorians born and bred in the heart of Aussie Rules territory.
