State of the Art. Or is that Arc?

Our humble house is now fully functional again after having our electrical fault fixed...alas, the dishwasher has shuffled off this mortal coil as a result, but that is a small price to pay fro keeping the wine cool.
Love all those amazingly critical, little, rectangular boxes! So happy to hear the power is flowing.

@kategoring You're happy? I'm delighted...I had a hot shower this morning!

and cold wine tonight ;p one must have one's priorities, after all... and you can always buy more dishes tomorrow...

Is this the fixed version of the photo? It looks like it needs a complete overhaul.

@northy We're using paper plates...I'm not degrading myself for anyone ;)
@888rachel This is the fixed version...worrying isn't it...

That's a bloody busy crowded box you have there....guess Dr Frankensteins would look similar today :)

@annied It's excessive, but all the wiring behind it is even more chaotic

I think it is "arc," from the looks of things. Save the wine!
December 29th, 2015
@rosiekerr There's plenty left to save!

Keep that fridge going - priorities, priorities! Ever heard of paper plates?
December 29th, 2015
ROFL, nice to know you have proper priorities.

I like this , there is something appealing about poking a camera into a dark corner and seeing what you get, The cobweb is the spooky, icing, on the cake. I'm fav-ing....

thats modern compared to ours.....

@kali66 The truly bizarre thing is that the according to electrical inspector that was around here, the whole house was rewired about 6 years ago...but they must have got bored and decided to stop right behind the meter board...
@jack4john Thank you very much - I've always liked a good looking circuit box as well...
@joansmor Good lord yes, I might be mad but I'm not insane.
@dide The trouble with paper plates is that I keep cutting through them...

Quite some space you must have

What?! That's downright archaic! And, who's Ken?! And, why do you have three meter boxes?!
December 30th, 2015
@panthora I have no idea who Ken was, but he was meant to look at "that one"...as for why we have three meter boxes...because I'm greedy
@mastermek That's one way of putting it - we affectionately refer to it as "Tumbledown Manor"
