I am a confirmed and certifiable nutbar with a penchant for skulls, bones, blood, guts, fire and anything slightly peculiar and mostly bizarre. I also...
As much as I love this, I’d like to see a quarter inch you standing on that cookie, shaking a fist at that I’m...cloud. Because everything is better with you. :D
@jesperani Thanks very much :) @deborah63 Thank you so much :) @fotoblah Thank you very much - completely unintentional but yes, there are some there... @novab It's a wicked wee brew ;) @cutekitty We have that saying in what we New Zealanders like to call "English" as well...I just didn't want to call it that because...well, because I'm me ;) @hrs It seems to work... @northy I was thinking "biscuits on a plate" @nicolecampbell Thank you so much :) @ahleena You're one of the few people who would say everything is better with me...but thank you :) @salza They were bothered when I ate them...
@haskar The perfect cappuccino... @radiogirl Thank you very much :) @helenhall Thank you...that was my Aunty Kath's tablecloth...I have no idea how old it is but certainly pre WWII
@golftragic It would certainly shock you in to action... @jgpittenger No photoshop...just a little bit of pic money for the lightening and rain, but the rest is one shot. @rosiekerr Thank you very much...fun with cotton balls ;) @vignouse Thank you sir - it just takes some thinking and plotting...which for me is half the fun :) @northy I finished them off after the shot...waste not want not and all that
Really impressive, especially seeing the processing photo you posted. I can't figure out in picmonkey how you were able to localize the rain. Anyway, very creative and I liked seeing the processing page.
@taffy Thanks very much - there's an eraser tool in picmonkey...so when you first overlay the rain it covers the whole shot, then you spend about 2 months erasing what you don't want ;) @lizhammond Thank you very much :) @joysabin I think it might have a bit of a kick... @jack4john Thank you very much :)
How about 'Hallucination'? Or 'magical realism'? Or 'Just eat the damn biscuits'? Or 'Sod this for a game of soldiers I've got some proper photography to do'? :-)
@swillinbillyflynn You're not wrong there! @islambad If it's any comfort it was completely finished about 2 minutes after the shot was taken... @yrhenwr "Proper Photography"? Pray enlighten me...
@yrhenwr I did actually see that but it wasn't enough to stop it from being pretentious arse-gravy. And as you're mildly concerned for my mental well-being, less defensive and far more a case of old enough to not be bothered about holding my tongue
I'm sure I would have found it fascinating even if I hadn't seen your 'behind the scene' post - but seeing how you did it... is so cool. Cleverly done but one still needs the mad skillz to make it look like that. I love it.
unmistakably Graeme. Fav
