Run to the water

It's been too long, so today I went back to the water. Probably best on black, definitely best in person - to the hear the crash and rattle, the roar and tumult. How can you not love her?
Perfect crash of the waves. Wonderful composition and moodiness of the sea, sky and land.

Very dramatic. I love the power of the ocean and you depict it so well. Far.

Wonderful action with rocks in the foreground giving a sense of stability. Then there's that sky . . . wow! Fave-tastic (as they say)!

And the flocking rocks are back!
July 5th, 2018
I have so missed looking at your beach scenes. No one does them quite like you. Spectacular as usual.

@joansmor oh my what a word , of course i had to google that and loved what i found "pulchritudinous. Even though it looks (and sounds) like it would describe a disease or a bad attitude, pulchritudinous actually describes a person of breathtaking, heartbreaking...beauty. Let's be honest: Your opportunities for using this word in casual conversation are probably pretty slim." very fitting as a description of your photography Graeme, nice boulders
