We came across a closed or deserted campground today. It must have been a nice place at one time. Near a lake. The signs still stand showing the way to the archery grounds and showing the way for the campers. Vandals or something had broken out a lot of windows and there is vegetation growing through some of them. This is the smaller of the two cabins close to the road. I had to climb over the chain that closed the road to get the pics. Next time, I will try to be braver and take a photo of the front of this cabin. There were no posted signs.

I like the way nature is gradually taking over. You could come back each year and take the same photo and see how the plants have triumphed and the poor cabin has deteriorated.
@happypat I wish someone would rescue this campground and restore it before it gets too far gone. There appears to be a berry vine or some kind of vine growing from the inside of the cabin to the outside from that middle window.
