11.08 am: We took an autumn walk this morning in the De Horsten estate in Wassenaar near The Hague. These grounds are owned by our Royal Family - the Crown Prince and his family live there.
It was our first visit but it probably won't be the last as it's a very beautiful and peaceful place. The girls really liked it too and were busy collecting beech nuts, acorns and pine cones. The photo shows our younger daughter staring out over a pond during our picnic break.
