Elk Foraging

This photo is from the beginning of October. It took me forever to download it on the computer. These elk are in Rocky Mountain National Park. Fall is a great time to go there because all the elk herds are out and the males can be heard bugling for mates. Best on black. Thank you for viewing!!

Beautiful animals! When we visited Canada in the Banff/Jasper area, I did see a few deer but not the animals I thought I would see. They were all hiding I guess...no moose, elk, beavers, etc.
