Very natural edit - nicely done. Hard to tell at this resolution (even magnified), but the skin might be a little too smooth. I always check it at 100% (actual pixels) and drop back the opacity a bit if needed. I think you've nailed the tones and overall cleaning up. You could lighten a little more under the eyes, perhaps.
