Glorious Yellow

I have been out twice today with the camera! This morning I was hoping to catch a particular row of trees with all the daffodils beneath which I shot the other day but not entirely satisfactorily. I thought I could do better. However, the river was rife with rowers and their gear, preparing for a regatta and a gazebo was pitched in the background. The light was gorgeous, and so I was back at the close shots of daffodils. All praise to Bedford Borough Council who do a fantastic job with the displays along the river in Bedford - both formal and informal planting.
Such a beautiful capture! Gorgeous! Fav!

Gorgeous light, pov and dof, fav for me. I think I'd have cropped the left side to make the main daffodil less central.

I love the sunlight through the petals Helen. They must be quite a display.

@tristansmum - yes, I guess that would have been an obvious thing to do. I got side tracked away from cropping, which is usually the first thing I look to get right. thanks for the suggestion. And the fav.
