Trees by the Gold mines

This was one very wet day in the Brecon Beacons, and yet we still had some beautiful walks and a glorious sunset at the end of the day. In the interest of expediency I have chosen this to post as it represents the mood of the day well - wet and overcast but with a glimmer of colour and always some light somewhere to brighten the wet woods.

As computer has already crashed on me twice again this evening. Im posting quick!
Love the layers.

The layers are excellent Helen and it certainly sums up Wales on a wet day.

Beautiful shot! I love the misty coloring. It looks a bit like a fantasy forest.

@noko411 thank you Lori Jane. It was, in fact, very fantastical in the forest - another world.
