Apse Mosaic Sacre Coeur

I have been on a little trip to Paris with my father. I snatched a few photographs here and there as I could, but oh to have had longer - just me and my camera!

We had a short time at Sacre Coeur and I used my phone to get a shot of the magnificent Apse with the mosaic of 'Christ in Majesty' which I believe to be the largest mosaic in the world at 475 metres square.


I have some catching up to do, so will be bringing you some images from Paris over the next week or so, and slowly getting up to date with your projects.

This is nicely done Helen. Good of you to escort the elderly gentleman even if he is your dad. I couldn't have got about Venice (and now Florence) without the help of Diana... I think I'm exhausting her!
