@cejaanderson Bad news Jane.These deer are in a strip pf wild land, some of it nature park, with the suburbs around on the island of Montreal. Someone has been feeding them and fattening them up.They are very tame now. Poachers have been taking them down by bow and arrow and taking them to their freezers. It is not hunting season, but there is no municipal by-law right now to protect them. They are changing it but it is hard to catch poachers. They had the cheek to say they were culling the herd for the city. They ate Bambi, Jane.
