Yesterday was the High School Band concert. My husband dropped my daughter Nadya off at 6.15pm. We arrived half an hour later and everybody was outside while the fire alarms were blaring.
Apparently there was no fire, because no fire engines showed up and around 7 we could enter the school. However Nadya told us that it a few minutes after she arrived. Then I understood these boys working on their homework!
@stephanies it was an awesome concert! Because it was the end of the year they could do some fun pieces! Nadya was asked to play piano (or keyboard) in the Jazz band and I loved it! I usually film (mostly for my parents who live in the Netherlands and can never ever see a concert of recital) For the jazz band I made the 3 pieces and even part of the warm up into 1 youtube video: https://youtu.be/oAwRUSUfeO4

Oh wow, I enjoyed listening to this. I really liked the first piece of the warm-up, the others were great too. The Star Wars theme was just amazing! I like how you edited the video at the beginning too - very clever!
