Four years ago I thought a "Mum" was a mother. Not in Texas! When people talk about a "Mum" they mean the big corsage with a white (now a days artificial) flower in the center. The corsages are made and worn for homecoming and because it is the biggest fundraiser for the band, I have been making Mums for the past couple of days. Here is a collage for the August words.
