A sneak peak at what -11° looked like in my backyard this morning. ***best viewed large.
A practiced and perfected technique was used to get this shot and many others. It consists of blowing the bubble, watching to see if it burst upon reaching the ground and, if it didn't, belly flop into the snow and army crawl to get just the right angle. It was cold, it hurt until I lost all feeling in my lower half, and I was mad when I had to stop playing and come inside. Amazingly fun! ;)
WOW, this is amazing. The best I have seen from many posts. Excellent POV (hope you warmed up). Awesome details in the bubble, and the love bokeh from the snow!!!! HUGE FAV!!!!!
This is so beautiful. It is 10 degrees here today and I tried this. But as soon as it started to get cold it would bust. Not sure what I was doing wrong.
