A street/beach shot on Waikiki -- obviously a veteran of the sport and loved the tats -- everyone seems to have them these days. I wish I could have isolated him and not had so many distracting elements in this shot but as you can tell from his expression I was not going to get a second chance

After a three year hiatus (and three previous years on project without a miss) I am...
@joysabin I thought about this and tried a little "cloning" of the surrounding sand but it didn't look natural and I'm not great at selection and masking -- also I have a little struggle with the integrity of changing major elements of a picture in PS -- I'm ok with removing a blemish and cropping but not so much removing major elements --probably a little too strict. Thanks for your comments.
