Kirby cucumber

These Kirby cucumber slices will be used to make some more pickles. They are growing faster than I can make the pickles! Using this for julycircles2020 since the slices are nice and round.

I just got three huge cucumbers for $1 US @ our local farmers market... the vendor said she needed to move them quickly since she had so many... seemed like a great bargain to me.
