The departure of the first Santa Train of Christmas Eve from Alresford's Watercress Line.
The train service started in 1865 in order to take the important local watercress crop to market in London and beyond.
It is now run by volunteers as a tourist attraction. Modern forms of transport have nothing on the pollution from a steam train though.
