Old Refurbished House
I think this house is actually a residence. In San Diego, most old houses of this type (Victorian?), in the Downtown vicinity, are used as law offices. It is in a bad area; lots of crackheads & homeless wandering about. And that's after the improvement of the area after the ballpark was built nearby. 15 years ago this house looked much the same but the area was much, much worse.
