I stopped by India Point Park for today's photo and spotted this gentleman practicing his short irons on the soccer field. I grabbed a few shots and spent a couple of minutes talking to him. I found this shot rather interesting since it caught both the ball and divot in flight. The shape of the ball amazed me. At first I thought the shot was blurred, but no, the ball still had the oblong shape from being struck!
Post processing was in Topaz B&W Effects. I started with a classic filter and then adjusted the contrast, boost black, boost white, adaptive exposure, and strength sliders. I also adjusted the color sensitivity sliders. In PSE I did a levels adjustment and added a sepia photo filter.
