What's a state park without a list of things you can't do while there? Today's photo is at Lincoln Woods State Park. There's some obscure opposition to pets on beaches in Rhode Island - something I've never quite understood. It's a restriction I don't ever recall seeing in any of the other 11 countries I've visited. The "No intoxicating beverages" is somewhat tolerable. After all, you don't necessarily want people going swimming when drunk, right? But... wait a second. What's that last sign near the water? "No Swimming"??? Well that kind of defeats the purpose of a beach, doesn't it? There must have been a sale on signs.
Post processing was primarily in Topaz Adjust. I started with a brilliant warm filter and then adjusted the adaptive exposure, contrast, strength, and adaptive saturation sliders. In PSE I added a levels adjustment and a deep blue photo filter.
