I had nothing specific in mind for today's photo, but was thinking about finding something interesting related to the mill row houses in the Pocasset section of Cranston or Providence. On the way, I spotted this landscaper washing the statue of Mary in front of St. Thomas's Roman Catholic Church in preparation for Thursday's Feast of the Assumption. I thought the power spray would make an interesting photo. The original intent was to do a b&w conversion, but that didn't work as well as I'd have liked, so I decided to keep this one in color. Meanwhile, I'll save the row houses for another day.
Post processing started with a detail light filter in Topaz Adjust. I then adjusted adaptive exposure, regions, protect highlights, adaptive saturation, and color regions. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
