Went to Old New Castle in Delaware for lunch today and just as it started to rain this lovely rainbow appeared. Its the first one I've captured and as it was across the bay you could see the whole thing.
Oh how wonderful, Kim! I have never managed to get a shot of a rainbow, but when I do, I hope it comes out half as lovely as this. The way the rainbow spans the whole picture is beautiful, but I think that the way the clouds rest on TOP of the rainbow is what makes this picture pure magic. Be well, Les
@glimpses thanks so much Les, we had stopped in a little town to take photos and ran to the car as it was raining and just happened to drive to the waters edge on the way home and there it was! I love photos of rainbows but didnt think this did it justice really. I will keep chasing them too.
