Pretty but Mean

I finally got a closer look at a Blue Jay today. They are so pretty but I hate that they eat baby and tiny birds :( I must point out though that they are tough. My son and I saw them in action the other day when they were making loud noises because of a cat. They stayed near the tree where the cat was until it gave up and left. Somehow they protected the other birds by warning them with their shrieks.

@zana_365 Thanks, Suzana! I have a bird feeder on a shepherd's hook near a window that I try to keep clean :) I also have plants by the window so I can hide and sneak on the birds! The Blue Jays are not a fan of the bird feeder though cause they are a little too big for it so I decided to put some grapes and a few seeds on a hanging planter on the other side of the shepherd's hook and it worked!
