Fallas have to be set up tomorrow - that's when the jury will judge them to choose the best one. Of course they are so big, they need some days to be ready; and these days are being quite stormy. Both rain and wind could damage fallas (a part could fall and break, or the painting might get spoiled). That's why, as far as possible, they are being covered to protect them against the rain.
This is one of the biggest and nicest fallas and it will possibly win, so they are trying to protect it as best they can - at least until the judges see it.
@bruni The falla is made up of different scenes around a central, big body. They are all related to a single topic. The whole of it is judged - they pay attention to the figures, the criticism and wit, the painting job, how well the figures are sculpted (remember they are huge), how well the different scenes relate to each other... In this photo, they were already on the square, but no in their right places, most figures were moved later.
