Well, if it is a love lock, it's quite a passing love, because it hangs on a temporary wire fence of a building site. I wouldn't marry the guy or girl :) but maybe it has another meaning.
Meanwhile, it is true, for me it is just a subject to take a photograph of. And that should be enough.
