It's been long since I last joined the tag challenge. As I was uninspired by my own tags, here is one for the host's choice: flora + building + shadows
https://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/46164/186th-tag-challenge
The shadows of the past (far fetched, but it is my interpretation) combined with the floral decorative elements make if this building a fascinating one. It is called the zodiac house. It is splendidly decorated.
Beautiful shot of these wonderful decorations. I like your interpretation :-)

@yaorenliu It's the missing glass that made me add in 'shadows'. Because that part of the buildings seems forlorn. Some other windows are very well taken care of.

A beautiful building with a fine patina, well worth capturing.

you have the right interpretation of shadow. this is a beautiful example of creativity and skills from long ago. you don't get to see elegant stuff like this anymore in this days of prefabricated everything and even when they 'copy' styles like this, they don't project the elegance that has once been. aces!

Great shot of this very nice wall with window.

There is so much to see here! I also like how you framed the window.

@summerfield Oh, yes Vikki. That is oh so true. What amazes me is that authorities don't mind spoiling a beautiful elegant city scape with those glass and concrete horrors. Take London, for instance. They are amazing pieces of technology, I guess. But they are UGLY. They belong to the outskirts, not to that beautiful historic downtown.

@ingrid01 I really liked the asymmetrical composition.

@monikozi we can no longer see St Paul's Cathedral unless right next to it due to sky high glass edifaces

@30pics4jackiesdiamond Jackie, I was thinking precisely of that area of London, namely Cannon Street. What have they done to it? :(
March 8th, 2022
@cdcook48 Oh yes. They see sooo much, both inside and outside. If only they could talk.

@monikozi so much building, we stood on Waterloo Bridge and no St Pauls! Lots of cranes around The Thames!! Next time im up there, I'll take a photo for you!
