Yesterday, I went out to do the fortnightly shop and had to drop into the local pet store to pick up some seed for Little Miss Stevie. While there, I also picked up some wild millet for her... something she's never had before (well, fresh stuff anyway). When I returned home, and I unpacked it, I let her out and put it on top of the cage to see her reaction... and she was all over it! :D

@loey5150@digitalrn Oh! yes... she loves her millet. However, this type of millet is the wild type that grows out in fields where the Australian Budgies grab it every day. The larger one that she's feasting on here is in her seed, so when I gave it to her, she loved that she could eat it from the husk and didn't like it that I went near it.
It also gave me time to put away the rest of the groceries while knowing she wouldn't search for me while she was allowed out. :) A pretty good deal. :D
