I'm so upset tonight. My dear sweet little bird passed away in my hands at 6:30pm AEST after 10 minutes of struggling to breath. She had fallen off my shoulder and onto the carpet. I did my best and was there for her right to the end... taking her outside for her last moments so she could feel the breeze on her feathers and hear the other birdies too.
