Shopping with dogs

Met this couple this afternoon by doing some shopping . Miss the sign : Dogs not allowed

There should be a sign when you think of it but I have never seen one in our grocery stores either. is this your first candid shot? why would the lady take the dog out of the rucksack?

Heehee! I met a lady at the supermarket check-out once with a tiny dog in a shopping basket and she thought it didn't matter because he was in the basket. Nobody said anything!
