Ik zag gisteren op tv iemand beweren dat de schilderijen van Karel Appel snel in kwaliteit achteruitgaan omdat hij de verf met zo veel kracht op het doek 'smeet'.

I like these, Pyrrhula. I agree with you that if painting doesn't change it will become stagnant but I have to understand what the painter wanted to picture in his artwork.
