Some more

Some more and I found several fields like this.
Some people must love Brussel sprouts.
I am of them, though a field full, I don't think I could manage :-)

This has such an interesting pattern to it. I've had them in a salad. Not half bad.

How beautiful and green! If you roast them in a pan with some flavorful oil, that will work for me. My mom likes them boiled.

My wife never buys them, Pyrrhula, so I rarely taste them. These look like cabbages with a long stalk. Thanks for sharing these captures of rural Holland.

I love brussels sprouts, both to eat and in this splendid picture. Great pov and colour. I like the hints of golden brown amonst the green. Katharine

Another first for me, Ferry! I've never seen Brussel Sprouts growing, and in a field, they look like tall cabbages! I've been told that some people find them to be delicious and other people (like me) find the taste quite disagreeable!
