SHED

Picked up a X2 teleconverter from ebay for £5. Next doors garden shed. Photo on the left is 300mm X2. Middle is 150mm X2. Right is 300mm without converter. All taken at F5.6 and ISO100. Works very well but it really slow the lens down.

Seems good to me Richard, certainly a significant gain in zoom and quality seems good.
