Bekki is working on her crazy quilt cross stitch (crazy so called because it is set in quilt-like squares and is a further mash-up of ideas and themes) and she's finished a poem to go along with it. I think the poem will be sewn into the centre panel.
Unless of course, she's going to try and sew the poem into one of those wobbly green squares. In which case, it may be a very ambitious micro poem too far!

Our crooked poem

There is a pattern in the way we fit
though, it seems a crazy quilt.
Like trees, and nests, and holding hands.
It’s just the way we’re built.
We mouse along, and squeak like shoes,
dandelions in the air;
with every snort and sweet debate,
building memories to share.
We walk along a crooked path
uncertain of our way,
but I have you, and you have me.
There’s nothing left to say.
