This is a fake ….. but, in my imagination, this was the picture I set out to capture last Monday when I went to take shots of the super moon.
Why is it a fake:
1. I captured the moon on the previous day when the sky was clear and there was not much difference from Monday’s moon;
2. I cropped the shot and super-imposed the shiny sea from a daylight picture I had taken some days earlier and which I processed in Photoshop and Picasa
3. I again super-imposed the picture of the pleasure boat which I had taken while waiting for the super moon, onto the resulting picture
4. I applied a soft vignette over all.
Next time round I will not take the trouble to go and take shots of any super moon but stay at home and compose it myself, haha.
