A kite surfer enjoying the strong onshore winds at Calshot beach on my birthday last week.

Viewed large you can just see the strings of the kite and the crepuscular rays in the background.

This guy was really good, and traveled at such a speed that he left his own wake!!

There seems to be some disagreement over the clouds, but personally I like them. I think they add to the drama.
