Old & New

I found myself offering to drive my daughter the 2 hour trip to Southampton hospital for an appointment as she became very unsure of the diversions that flagged up and didn't want to get lost on her own, so I said we might as well get lost together. We're going to stay overnight and go home tomorrow. Waiting outside the hospital I noticed the contrast of the old building and and the modern design of the seating.

A nice time to be spent together for the two of you. Hopefully the medical visit is for follow up only rather than a worsening or new condition. The church, with the old architectural features, does look a bit out of place amid the other buildings.
