Sunset Beach

Went to Lake Lanier with friends on Thursday for an afternoon and evening of boating and fun. We dropped anchor for a while at Sunset Beach, which is always a fun time. I'm going to do a mini-series of our boat ride, and be warned in advance that the quality of the rest of the series suffers due to low (but gorgeous) light and having nothing with me but my iphone...

I thought this looked familiar! I am on Lanier as well. I am making a little movie of our fireworks, boat ride video clips. NOt sure if they will let me put it on youtube with the music track I have on it though..copyright issues. But maybe I can add one of their tracks. Anyway, these houseboats look fun. Were you on one of those? Isn't the cool weather so great?

I'm going backwards so just saw this one before your most recent. I'll look fwd to this series. This certainly is a beautiful shot of that whole setting. On my bucket list is a week trip on a houseboat :-)
