a little puzzle fun for everyone

Since the passing of my father around this time last year at the age of 79.. (he had Alzheimer's) --
i was thinking about prevention techniques.
One thing in the research suggests that puzzle solvers have an almost 45% (give or take) less chance of developing AD. These types of puzzles are old schooled, but they still serve a very important purpose. So, on a regular basis, i get out a puzzle book from my library and work a puzzle in it. It seems to reduce stress and is a great relaxation tool. They also make great gifts for the holiday stocking.
My condolences, it's an awful disease and this must be a difficult time of year for you.
I have heard about puzzles helping with dementia, it's worth a try... sometimes the old methods are the best
