Rosella Jam

Rosellas are ready for picking and with the promise of more to come today is the day for jam making.

@girlie When she could cook no more my Mum still prepared the fruit for me but now I'm on my own! I learnt the trade first from my grandmother then my mother. Maybe tomorrow I can share the results.

My FAVOURITE jam is my Nan's rosella jam. Mum grows the rosellas and makes the jam now ... Mmmmmm.
