Hidden away in the pumpkin patch my little white turkey hen has just started sitting on her eggs. Surprisingly, even though she's pure white she is extremely hard to see. By the end of February there should be some turkey chicks emerging for me to share with you.
I love seeing the plants and animals of Australia, especially when I'm familiar with North American versions. This one has beautiful feathers that look downy. Thanks for sharing.
@777margo Thanks Margo. I have just entered into turkeys. A friend gave me four poults in September - two white and two brown. Luckily it turned out to be two pairs. So I'm excited about the prospect of increasing the size of the flock.
