Today I took back the telephoto lens I bought last week. After initially testing the 55-250mm Canon lens for a day or two, it hasn't been used since. Briefly owning a telephoto lens has helped me though; it's determined the type of photography I'm not into.
Suman's little sisters are staying for the weekend, and the eldest of her two younger siblings was picked up from her flying lesson. Monica is an air cadet, so I took a few photos of her in her uniform.
This is cadet Monica Burton 'taking off' in our garden, although that might be difficult to tell because you can't see her other arm. I've de-saturated the colours somewhat as I like the muted look.
So I watched The A-Team tonight. It was okay but nothing special, and Murdock was the best thing in it but had the smallest role out of the four main characters. He was played by Sharlto Copley, a South African actor who was brilliant in the excellent District 9. If you haven't seen it and you like your intelligent sci-fi, you need to rectify that!
